1.) Estan is for plural (Sobrinos is plural - cousins)
2.) For the second one i put miercoles because it is going by days of the week.
3.) Amable because it is singular for Juan.
4.)It should be esta because it is your nationality.
5.)Estan for plural of ninos (children).
