Having understanding how to determine if a matrix is onto. Say \(T(\vec{x})=A\vec{x}\) where \[ A= \left[ \begin{array}{c c c} 1 & 1 & 1\\ 1 & 2 & 4 \end{array} \right] \] How could you show the standard matrix of this transformation is onto? I understand the general concept of onto, but not yet the mathematical construct.
