Draw pictures. Label them. Determine what you need to find. Do any of your equations have some value in it, but what you need is that as it changes with respect to time? Differentiate the whole thing with respect to time. Constant distances and heights like lamps don't change with respect to time, and their derivative with respect to time is 0. Spend time thinking about the problem. I'm here to help if you have any questions, these are my favorite, but I don't want to take away the reward of you solving it for yourself!
