I was hoping you would come @jigglypuff314 I swear, I'll be done for the next few hours after this.

jigglypuff314 (jigglypuff314):

everything right except for last one undefined slope means vertical line (line going up and down)

OpenStudy (pixiedust1):

Oh okay! I was confused on that one lol

OpenStudy (pixiedust1):

Oh yeah, cause slope = y, right?

OpenStudy (pixiedust1):

So when y is undefined, then slope is undefined?

jigglypuff314 (jigglypuff314):

yep

OpenStudy (pixiedust1):

Cool! Thanks!

OpenStudy (pixiedust1):

Have a great day :D

hartnn (hartnn):

slope = y ? wot ?

OpenStudy (pixiedust1):

I was thinking if the line was vertical, it could be any y value, meaning y is undefined. And slope is undefined so.... I somehow drew a connection between the two.

hartnn (hartnn):

slope = change in y/ change in x undefined slope means change in x = 0 so, every point on that line must have SAME x co-ordinate. this is true for a vertical line. makes sense ?

OpenStudy (pixiedust1):

Oh yeah! y changes, but the x will always be the same! Thanks! :D

OpenStudy (pixiedust1):

Was the other graphs ones correct?

hartnn (hartnn):

yes, everything else is correct :)

OpenStudy (pixiedust1):

YAY! Thank ya! Have an awesome day
