And
Which is an equation in point-slope form for the given point and slope?
Point: (2, -6) ; Slope: -3/4
A. y - 6 = -3/4(x+2)

C. y + 6 = -3/4(x - 2)

Use the formula: \[\frac{y-y1}{x-x1} = m\] (where m = slope)
\[\frac{y-3}{x-(-8)} = 6\]\[\frac{y-3}{x-(-8)} *( x - (-8)) = 6* (x - (-8))\] \[D. y-3 = 6(x + 8)\]
\[\frac{y-(-6)}{x-2} = -\frac{3}{4}\] \[C. y+6 = -\frac{3}{4} * (x-2)\]
