Algebra 2 Review Please Help

OpenStudy (darkbluechocobo):

OpenStudy (darkbluechocobo):

I was either thinking A or D :/

OpenStudy (darkbluechocobo):

@Euler271

OpenStudy (darkbluechocobo):

We shall use this

OpenStudy (darkbluechocobo):

Wark

OpenStudy (darkbluechocobo):

OpenStudy (darkbluechocobo):

i answered most of them I still have 20 to answer from where I am at

OpenStudy (anonymous):

first one is A. make sure you do: \[\sqrt{-20} = \sqrt{-1}\sqrt{4}\sqrt{5} \]

OpenStudy (darkbluechocobo):

Could you explain it after this though. Because the time limit is making me scared.

OpenStudy (darkbluechocobo):

O yay

OpenStudy (darkbluechocobo):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the second one is A, the one you chose

OpenStudy (darkbluechocobo):

So the second is A?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ya -2 and 1/4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

by limit do you mean the max/min?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is this class before or after calculus?

OpenStudy (darkbluechocobo):

lol Before

OpenStudy (darkbluechocobo):

And yes this is minimum and max

OpenStudy (anonymous):

in that case, you have to complete the square to put it in its parabola form: a(x - h)^2 + k the value of a and the vertex (h, k) will give you all the info you need to know about it. do you want to try or should i do it?

OpenStudy (darkbluechocobo):

Lol please can you I am just trying to finish the rest but like the last 10 are all linear systems....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ill work it out skipping steps so you can come back to it some day:\[-[x^2 -3x + 2] = -[(x -\frac{ 3 }{ 2 })^2 - \frac{ 9 }{ 4 } + 2] = -[(x - \frac{ 3}{ 2 })^2 - \frac{ 1 }{ 4 }] = -1(x - \frac{ 3 }{ 2 })^2 + \frac{ 1 }{ 4 }\] a < 0 so it opens downwards (h, k), the vertex, is the point (3/2, 1/4) it looks like this|dw:1386710600470:dw| max is 1/4 D, all real x range y| less that or equal to 1/4 so sorry. i guess you worked it out already >.<. its right

OpenStudy (darkbluechocobo):

Haha yay its fine :3 I just glady ou helping :3

OpenStudy (darkbluechocobo):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ill do it first and see if you have the right answer before explaining it lol. i had solved it just then with latex

OpenStudy (darkbluechocobo):

I was thinking B or C for this one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it's B
