in a 45-45-90 right triangle what is the ratio of the length of one leg to the length of the other leg

The ratio of the legs is sqrt(2):1:1. The legs that are branching from the right angle are the same size, but the length of the longest side will be one of the normal sides multiplied by the square root of 2
so tha answear is1: sqrt 2?
