3/8=m/64

jigglypuff314 (jigglypuff314):

to solve for m multiply both sides by 64 so m = (3/8)*64

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so is the answer 24? we had to cross multiply

jigglypuff314 (jigglypuff314):

24 would be correct :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you .the next one we had to was n-6/3n=1/2 , I got -12. is it correct?

jigglypuff314 (jigglypuff314):

yep :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im stuck on this question about triangles being similar, could I message you ?

jigglypuff314 (jigglypuff314):

sure :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

|dw:1386733384196:dw| this is how it looks

jigglypuff314 (jigglypuff314):

oh sides... still not similar triangles ratio of rt to uw -> 32:32 reduced to 1:1 ratio of rs to uv -> 10: 12 reduced to 5:6 1:1 is not the same as 5:6 therefore they are not similar triangles

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks
