Find the missing parts of the triangle: B=14.1 degrees b=4.00 a=4.1

OpenStudy (hitaro9):

Ah. This isn't like your last problems. You doing a review sheet?

OpenStudy (hitaro9):

Anyways, where is angle B? Is it between a and b or between b and c?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

all i have is what i posted. thats why I'm stuck, i dont have a triangle to look at:/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

law of sines?

OpenStudy (hitaro9):

Seems like a poorly made problem then, cause you need to know where the angle is relative to the sides

OpenStudy (hitaro9):

If you knew where the angle was at, yeah, you would use the law of sines, but since you don't, I don't think you can solve it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm just going to try and draw it out with angle B between side c and side a. hopefully ill get partial credit

OpenStudy (hitaro9):

Sure. That sounds like a good place to put it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

mines better :p haha. hmmm. law of sines now

OpenStudy (hitaro9):

Okay, so, if you break the triangle in two parts, it'll look like this. |dw:1386724316700:dw|
