Can someone please figure out how to write an action description paragraph on riding a horse?

Write about how the horse goes galloping through the green pasture with the wind flowing through its black shining mane .. that is an action and it is descriptive.

I meant as if you were riding the horse

Start with saddling up or getting the proper clothes on for it (boots helmet etc.). Then move on to mounting and riding the horse.
