I believe the answer is C
\[\huge\color{red}{\frac{5}{16}x+\frac{3}{8}≤\frac{23}{8} }\]
yupp thats the question
so subtract 3/8 from both sides, and you get \[\huge\color{red}{\frac{5}{16}x≤\frac{20}{8} }\]\[\huge\color{red}{\frac{5}{16}x≤\frac{5}{2} }\]\[\huge\color{red}{x≤\frac{10}{4}\div\frac{5}{16} }\]\[\huge\color{red}{x≤\frac{10}{4}\times \frac{16}{5} }\]\[\huge\color{red}{x≤8 }\]
D is the answer.
