Hi guys, when a question asks that we have to find a position vector of a moving object, how do we find it?

I assume it would be a function of a variable "t" (for time) you would need functions x(t), y(t) and maybe z(t)

OpenStudy (phi):

in 2-D the position vector would then be < x(t), y(t) >
