@shrutipande9 u r right but today my mom bp shoots up , I gave her medicine prescribe by Doctor , I checked it but it still at 180 mmHg ,.. Just want to discuss with u all , that is there any natural remedy to control it in emergency Or only medication and doctor help can control this ????
