Looks good to me! I don't know what that third problem is asking... It looks like it is asking you for what the answer to it is. Did you put an answer?
It should be y=|x+1|-3, because the graph is shifted left by one (hence the |x+1|) and then shifted down by three (hence the - 3) from its parent function, y=|x|.
