Calc 1: Curve Sketching: Critical points and point of inflection for f(x)=(12(x+1))/(x-1)^2, f'(x)=-12(x+3)/(x-1)^3, f''(x)=24(x+5)/(x-1)^4

y-int= (0,12)
x-int= (-1,0)

critical point for f'(x) I understood to be -3.. anything after that I get stuck. Would someone kindly shed some light on this problem?
