OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

C Resources: I am an orthodox Jew.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok cool

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

And even C although most accurate of the choices, is certainly far from the actual truth.....

OpenStudy (balala):

I think it is either B or C :/

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

It was actually first revealed to Abraham (entirely, to every little thing)

OpenStudy (balala):

Oh k then it must be C :/

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

Yes, it is C (most accurate of them...)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yea it is C

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

I knew it because I am an Orthodox Jew. No joke.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I just finished the lesson

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Can you help me with this one please?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What was the purpose of the Ten Commandments? A. to serve as a guide about what to do in certain situations B. to explain to the Hebrew leaders what God wanted them to do C. to provide laws for the government D. to tell people what God expected of them

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@SolomonZelman help?

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

well, A is a bit off, because they are more general then specific. B is also not so accurate, because 10 commandments were given not just to the leaders, but to all of the Jewish Nation. C looks right, (but it is not the only thing that is given to govern the Jewish Nation... there are actually 613 commandments overall, although many of them are for private observances. D is also off, because God expected Jews to keep all, or most of the 613 commandments, not just the 1st 10 (although they are certainly the most important ones) I would go with C

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

I didn't see a satisfying answer choice, but C is the best one to my understanding.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If I knew how I would give you a medal but i will give you a fan

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

If you want, you certainly can. I don't insist on anything, after all I am here to help people. I got to go to the math section... see you :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (mrbaconqwerty):

OpenStudy (anonymous):
