they compared the side of it to the perimeter...so that means F(s) = 96?
it can be anything.
I think the domain for f(s) is all values of s greater than or equal to 92, s>=92, as this is a requirement of the problem.
it can be 2(x+y)≤96 so (x+y)≤48 but it can be anything see?
I am using x +y as width plus length which is all times 2 and supposed to equal at least 98. in other words, - "2 unknown variables in 1 equation"

It might mean side= f(perimeter) or perimeter= f( side) If "s" is short for side, then it would be perimeter= f(side) the domain would be all "legal"s sides... any side 23 or bigger. But there is a chance they want it the other way round.
so its the last one?
