you can use a graphing calculator as i did at many online here is the one i used https://www.desmos.com/calculator or you can do it the old fashioned way take for example the first equation and rearrange it y=mx+b format x + 4y = -16 -x-16=4y divide both sides by 4 y= -1/4x - 4 then choose values for x (2,1,0,-1,-2) and plug them in and see what you get for y example if x is 0 then y is -4 that should give you a good start on a line when graph the line, do the same for the other equation where they intersect is your solution. you can check by solving the system of eqaution by substitution or elimination.
