that means it is blowing a bearing of 151 degrees

oh i think i see the mistake, the best answer didnt change bearing to trig angles

bearing 90 = trig 0 degrees 
bearing 180 = trig 270 degrees
bearing 270 = trig 180 degrees
bearing 0 = trig 90
