can you solved my problem pls.. given q1=+12 microcoulombs and q2=-12 microcoulombs.find the E between th etwo charges

OpenStudy (anonymous):

by between you mean in the middle? what is distance between them?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if distance between them is d, and you are looking for E in the middle: \[E=E_1+E_2=\frac{kq_1}{d/2}+\frac{kq_2}{d/2}=4kq/d\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the point is \[\left| q1 \right|=\left| q2 \right|\] and according to the couple of two dot particle we have E=0
