how do you convert degrees to radians

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

To convert from degrees to radians...you multiply the degrees by pi/180

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

for example... 60 degrees would be \[\large 60 \times \frac{\pi}{180} = \frac{60\pi}{180} = \frac{\pi}{3}\]
