How do I increase the three parts of my SmartScore, especially the "engagement" part?

You continue to answer and ask questions. The engagement part is a mixture of those things, as well as also just chatting on the chat boxes at the bottom. You can gain more "engagement" that way. Also it's a good idea to "study" a lot of different subject, that brings all three of them up and gives you more oppurtunity to answer questions you know.
