4y-8=2x

OpenStudy (studygurl14):

what do you need?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

find the intercepts please

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y=mx+b ur equation is y=1/2x+2

OpenStudy (studygurl14):

that's not what madmajdi is trying to find huneya

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No, it's not, but you can use the equation to find the intercepts. B= y-intercept

OpenStudy (studygurl14):

ah, I see UsaChan

OpenStudy (ranga):

They say "find the intercepts" which means you have to find both the x and y intercepts. To find y-intercept, set x = 0 in the equation and solve for y (because on the y-axis, x = 0) To find x-intercept, set y = 0 in the equation and solve for x (because on the x-axis, y = 0)
