kinda a catch 22. they are both relatively useless without each other.
Although.... put the brain in a robot and you don't need the spine anymore so I'll say the brain i guess

@mo12us Id say brain because if you have your spinal cord but no brain how will you speak how will you move.since your brain sends signals to the rest of your body(please give me medal if i helped alot!!)

brain and spinal cord need each other to operate both are useless with out da other one.
