I just had a random question for any of you pharmaceuticals out there. Could someone who is fasting for days at a time take acetaminophen (the active ingredient in Tylenol). I am afraid that I might get liver damage, but there is contradictory explinations on other websites I've tried look through.

a better question is why are you fasting for days at a time? that's not a healthy habit.  are you planning on taking tylenol because you get headaches from fasting?
