So I am supposed to graph something for my online class but I am not sure how they want me to do it. Does graphing it out online look better?

You can use Excel to draw the graph. You just input the numbers or even the formula and it will do it. What do you have to graph - an equation?

Just to make sure is the equation (x² / x^4) +1 or
is it x² / (x4 +1) ?

By the way, here's how to do it if you have to make another graph:

Left column is B right column is C
Left column numbers are just entered but column C numbers are calculated from a formula =B5*B5/(B5*B5*B5*B5 +1)
In that formula, B5 is in column B, row 5.
