@rosedewittbukater please help me i need help

OpenStudy (rosedewittbukater):

(number of sides - 2) x 180 (11 - 2) x 180 9 x 180 1620

OpenStudy (rosedewittbukater):

So for the decagon use the same formula, then divide by the number of sides. Does that make sense?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you so much!

OpenStudy (rosedewittbukater):

No problem!

OpenStudy (rosedewittbukater):

A decagon has 10 sides by the way :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah haha

OpenStudy (wolf1728):

As rosedewittbukater said the sum of the angles = (number of sides -2) * 180 so for an 11-gon, the sum of the angles is (11 -2) * 180 = 1,620° Here's a handy calculator to find interior angle sum and lots more info about all kinds of polygons: http://1728.org/polygon.htm
