What are the advantages of using a cart that has a small front wheel and a large rear wheel? How does this help the cart accelerate/move faster?

since rear wheels are large , therefore it will cover more distance in a given time.Hence it will move fast. I don't think ,increasing or decreasing the size of front wheels will make any difference until size of front wheel is less than or equal to rear wheel.

Small front wheel disadvantage: easily stopped by small obstacles.

@alexp0k3r but small tire will cover less distance as compared to big tire. so velocity of small tire will be less if we somehow make wt. of both tires equal.

i get it, i think that small tire(front) dose'n as friction as big,so it helpful to steer more easily
