what is happiness to you, can you be forever happy?

I think I subscribe to the principle of happiness is love and work. I think this two items basically covers all the Maslow's Hierachy. Work being self-actualization, love means meeting emotional, social and esteem needs. Work and love, is the answer I will give, for now =)

happiness is an idea and it is dynamic.you can be happy forever, if you choose to be.

happiness to me is satisfaction, that originated from the single idea your "self" and a result of our choices. logically speaking, we can be happy forever as long as we know what we want and we do everything to achieve it. however, life does not make all of that easy. circumstances get in your way, time becomes too expensive to waste and many more. however, i also believe that in times of finding yourself, answering your own questions and meeting people, you learn. and when you learn, a new idea becomes a new source of happiness to you. you find joy in new things, in simple things. the way i see it, happiness can be found everywhere in anything or in anyone. it's what we decide what matters is the relevant part of achieving happiness.
