WHY DO MY POSTS KEEP GETTING DELETED! THIS IS REALLY STARTING TO PISS ME OFF!
well are they against the rules or in the wrong section (ex. putting a math question in a science section)
I am not against posting question like what 2+2 is, if you REALLY don't know what the answer is. However, from the questions you asked in the Physics group, I am sure that you can solve those arithmetic questions. Also, one of the posts deleted was "hi". Greeting post should be kept in the chat, not in the study group.
well @Callisto did he have a chance to put or respond putting a question in the response ?
and let me guess u suspended him?
I'm sorry but your guess is wrong. I didn't suspend him. Maybe he can respond here.
oh ok thanks @Callisto most mods would suspend users for no reason thats why ill give u a medal for being different and a good mod
Me three :) This mod is awesome! :D
idk i never talked to him but im sure he is :)
Well, thanks. Though, mods suspend users with reason(s). Else, we'll get complaints.
ya but i once got banned from the open study site for using language and i had to make another account to tell another mod and they said it showed that there was no proof and there was no warnings, and do u know what they did they made it 1 day come on why would they suspend me and reduce the suspension if i never did anything in the first place. so i left it like that cause i knew it wasn't going to get lower.
ok the hi thing was supposed to go under feedback and the 2+2 thing was bad, but after that i asked two questions that i actually needed help with and this girl taged people and got them all deleted and i needed help. i wasnt looking to get more engagement i dont even know what that is. but i needed help and my questions kept getting deleted. also in physics i skipped 2 grades im in 10 grade science and 8th grade math. i got a high enough grade last year that they let me do that. im also not very good at math, so thats why those questions were asked. @Callisto @UsArmy3947
thanks for that @kc_kennylau
The other two questions go deleted were: 1) 12738 - 2126372638163 2) 728638217 - 3874 x (65 divided by 5)
yes
You. Taylee1. Are. Trying. To. Boost. Your. Engagement. Value.
no. kcperson. i. am. not.
lol. well. i. am
haha
@taylee1 Never. Mind. Then.
xD
haha ok
@Callisto can i re-ask the questions without them getting deleted this time
If you think you really need help on those questions. Please specify where you are stuck at and show your workings (for us to know how well you understand the arithmetic)
This is physics you said? Let's all go take a hike over there and help her out, instead of just talking about it! :)
@Callisto what if u are younger than 13?
Then?
what happens do u ban them?
The case will be directed to Preetha, the CEO of OpenStudy. There are some users under 13 staying on OS with Preetha's permission.
well for question 1 i was working on negative numbers on one of my practice sheets and the directions in my book made no sense at all to me so i asked a question about it not wanting an answer but an explination on how to do it but instead my question got deleted within the 5 seconds it had posted
ya what if those are the users that are asking for help like a kindergartner
Open Study users are for people 13 and older? I see some questions that are from people in younger grades.
@taylee1 For Q1) 12738 - 2126372638163 = - ( 2126372638163 - 12738) = ... This will be easier for you to do, maybe.
@UsArmy3947 If they really don't understand materials from kindergarten, then, we shall try our best to help them with the basic. @PixieDust1 Yes, OS is supposed to be for \(\ge\)13 years old. You can check it in the page Terms at http://openstudy.com/terms-and-conditions
-2126372625425 that dosent seem right
I'm sorry but it is right...
heres proof that im actually in 8th grade math and 10th greade science
why did you say im sorry
Haha, to disappoint you by saying that you're right XD
im not disappointied! im happy that maby my math grade will get a little higher
haha
