OpenStudy (cggurumanjunath):

r(dot) is the time derivative of the radius.

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

i think, r(dot) wud equal 2cos(theta) we can find theta by finding the vertical height of squirrel hmm

OpenStudy (cggurumanjunath):

r(dot) wud equal 2cos(theta) ??

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

r(dot) should be 2cos(60-theta) i think. drawing it wud help to see... 2 is the speed in AP direction. so 2cos(60-theta) wud be the component in OP direction

OpenStudy (loser66):

@ganeshie8 is it not \(\theta\) is a function of s or v? \(\theta\) goes from 0 to 60 when v changes. am I wrong? \

OpenStudy (cggurumanjunath):

can u draw plz @ganeshie8
