developed countries have higher technology growth, less developed countries depend on agriculture instead of technology. Which means, economics growth mainly depends on inventions of technologies. Having good technology meaning the healthcare of that particular nation is good. This describes infant mortality rat or the IMR, is a death rate of the children that dies yearly in certain regions per 1,000 live births. So, less developed countries have less technology growth, and having less technology means that hospitals have less technological devices which means the healthcare is not doing well. I believe A is the answer. ~ It shows that the infant mortality rate is high.
