the question says that the RATIO OF THE MEAN AND THE RATIO OF ONE NUMBER IS 1:2 checking all given answers we calculate which two numbers have a mean of 2,,that is (1+3)/2=2...thus we have the mean of 2 and one of the numbers is 1...
