That would be a decrease, and it does't sound possible unless the percent is above 100? I'm just guessing here . . .

I saw where I would have to find this change in terms of percentage, and it seemed really wierd the 1st time in my life I saw this.

\[CHANGE~~~~~~17-8=25~~~~~~i t's~~~~-25\]\[17/25~\times~100=68%\]am I right?

17 - 8 = 9
