HELP. TRUE OR FALSE Whirlpools formed in the ocean or streams or even in sinks are also due to gravity and friction.

Atmospheric and oceanic whirlpools are result of pressure gradients (due to gravity),friction, and Coriolis force, due to earth's rotation. Coriolis force much too small to affect sink, though not everyone knows that.
