I am trying to remember how to do this. 3 - 7x + 2x when x = 3 When I turn the variables into the given number, do I multiply?

OpenStudy (pixiedust1):

Nope! All you gotta do is insert the numbers. In this case, it's 3-7*3+2*3 The problem stays the same, and in this case, you do need to multiply. But you just replace the variable with the number

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So my problem now is 3 - 7 • 3 + 2 • 3? And I do that??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Right? ☺

OpenStudy (pixiedust1):

Yup! :D

Thank you!!!
