Which is a difference between plant and animal cells? A) An animal cell can produce energy, because it has mitochondria. B) A plant cell has a well defined shape, because it has a cell wall. C) A plant cell can store genetic information, because it has a nucleus. D) Molecules can only pass into an animal cell because it has a cell membrane.

I would have to say B) A aplant cell has a well defined shape. The cell membrane in an animal cell is constantly moving and not stable at all. A cell wall is more rigid. Here is why I don't like the other answers A) Is true that an animal cell produces energy because of a mitrochondria, but a plant cell also have mitochondria and chloroplasts. C) Both animal and plant cells have a nucleus with DNA D) Is not true either. In short, your answer is B
