This is gonna be the weirdest question ever, but I need help writing a essay. It's for my court diversion. First I'll tell the story aha. Well the reason I have to write an essay so I can get out of not going to court and possibly getting fined. So at school this girl has been bullying a mentally challenged boy, Timmy (which is my bestfriend's younger brother) for quite a bit, I left it go. So a month or so ago, 2 people came up later that day to me told me she had called Timmy a retard at lunch, which I thought I had heard, because I sit pretty close to their table. So the next day my friend
contronted her. she kept denying it, then I was l was like "just apoglyize to him and you can go, you don't have to admit to it". She kept denying so I got mad, and punched her in the face. She kept saying I didn't, and calling me names, so I hit her again. My friend push her out the bathroom then she ratted on me. Keep in mind nothing happened to her. Now I must write an essay 500 words, these are the questions and I need help... what was the that you cause to yourself, all individual family members, victim and community? 2) what needs to be done to repair the harm to each of the above? 3) Who is responsible for the repair? 4) Why is the diversion proccess good for you? 5) what have you learned so far? 6) How will this knowlwdgw wffect your future decisions?
Is the first question what is the harm you caused to yourself etc. etc.?
yessss
Well reflect. I'm not sure what your actions caused. What negative outcomes happened in your loved ones? How did it affect the people around you? What affects did it have one the victim other than the black eye? And most importantly what harm did it do to yourself? They are looking for remorse. They want this to be a reflection and whether or not you are justified you need to milk it and sound as sorry as you can. Something like :I don't know what overcame me but I felt so much built up anger over the several incidents of her making fun of my friend, I just couldn't control myself and I ended up doing far more harm than good. I have made a bad name for myself and shamed my family. I have also put them in a very tough position. My actions were selfish... etc etc That's for the first one.
Then go on to explain that your damage is irreversible and can't fully ever be justified I plan to do whatever it takes to rectify my actions... for the second question. Try and make up random stuff that could make her forgive you etc etc.

I don't have actual experience though. I'm just 16. So take all this with a grain of salt.
