Well, the only approach I know would be this: If <XYZ ≅ <DEF (or is it Triangle XYZ ≅ Triangle DEF), the letters would be given in order of correspondence which means X<-->D, so <D ≅ <X. I may have incorrectly interpreted the question but I made the conclusion based on what was posted. @MarieH
