Nelson Mandela died 2 weeks ago,he was in jail for 27 years,and didn't became frustration,that's the good advantage.
someone else like Gaddafi (the last dictator leader of labia ) should keep in jail but i don't think its improvement.(Gaddafi died about 2 years ago)
