i think in jail person thinks the time is going very slow and after a time they think they become old and they should do something to Compensation the past.

they can use in community and be useful.during the jail the police and officer tech some thing to them.like sport,like study,(such Nelson mandela !)and it depend on person to change himself

Nelson Mandela died 2 weeks ago,he was in jail for 27 years,and didn't became frustration,that's the good advantage. someone else like Gaddafi (the last dictator leader of labia ) should keep in jail but i don't think its improvement.(Gaddafi died about 2 years ago)
