Being gay or straight isn't anymore interesting or different than someone liking rock music or classical music. Other people might try to tell you otherwise, but those people are just fools. Don't let it define yourself, it's just one aspect. It's not something to be proud or ashamed of just like I'm not proud or ashamed that my favorite color is blue. It is what it is, and at the end of the day what's really important is that you're learning calculus because math is so freakin' awesome for real and physics is awesome. It's like learning about how much people have cleverly figured out about reality and we still don't know everything yet and it's very philosophical and interesting. yep.
