-2x - 3y = 5 -2x + 2y = -10 Find the solution to the system of equations shown above by graphing. x = 2, y = -3 x = 3, y = -3 x = -3, y = 2 x = 2, y = -2

k im here @Starr_DynastyT

OpenStudy (jojo4eva):

y=-3 and x=2

OpenStudy (jojo4eva):

so the first one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok so why would it be

OpenStudy (jojo4eva):

ok so what i did was multiply the first equation by -1 so the xs will cancel out and u have 5y=-15 which obviously makes y=-3. Then i substitued -3 into the second equation for y and got x=2
