I'm glad any hard words were taken back.
The problem I see that remains is the answer giving part. Please don't just give the answer. It takes away from the person asking trying to do research and coming up with the answer themselves. They need to be able to find the answers on their own. For this type of question, I would tell them how to search and maybe even find the webpage and which the answer occurs. But they should be reading that text and deciphering it for the answer in my opinion.
The only thing that isn't my opinion here is the fact that OpenStudy doesn't allow and will not encourage direct answer giving. And yes I do agree with that fact.
