In this problem, we could set up a simple equation to solve this for us. We could take the amount of total fish in the tank as the variable "x", and then we multiply (3/4) and have that equal to 15. So, now we have: (3/4)x=15 3x=60 x=20 So we know that the answer is D, which is that there is 20 fish in the tank.
