formula for surface of a sphere is 4 pi r^2 where r is the radius
just plug in your value for r and simplify and you have it
my book says 4 pi r^3........
to find volume of sphere
no its r^2 r u sure you are not looking at the volume which is (4 pi r^3) / 3 ?

oh teehee yea it was surface area ....
it is 400 pi
right
anything with a cube will be a volume e.g. a^3, 2r^3 etc
or abc, ac^2 etc - where there are 3 variables multiplied together
