I have a problem with my nails, they keep breaking, and are already extremely short. Any advice?

ive been thorught his as a teen at 13 year old and a male.but for me i use to bite them to death so they always chipped or broke so easily.i just the beezid stuff it can be found at walmart or dollargeneral it tooks like a carmax lil square box but it has bee on it and i used for a good 1 month putting it on everynight nd letting it dry or wrap with band aids@chirrup hope i helped

paint your nails with bitterapple if you have a problem chewing your nails.
