Here are the options:
x + y < 7
3x – y less than or equal to –11

I have trouble with the shading..:/ someone help?

The fourth option is correct.
It's a bit tricky because when you get the second inequality from the graph, it is y<3x+11. By subtracting 3x from both sides and multiplying both sides by -1 (remember to flip the sign here!), you get 3x-y>11
