A porpoise emites a sound of 57 hz, how long is the wavelength on the water?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for any wave, the equation \[v=\lambda f\] is true, where the speed of the wave v is equal to its wavelength, lambda, times its frequency, f. Using the speed of sound in fresh water (ie, if our porpoise is a Yangtze finless porpoise) at 25ºC \[v=1497m/s\] So then we can solve for the wavelength using \[\lambda=\frac{v}{f}\] where lambda will be in units of meters/
