Have you tried doing the proof in two column form yet? The way I teach my students who are having problems with paragraph proofs is to start with two column or flow proof then convert to paragraph.

For example:

First we know that XXX and YYY because they are given. Next we know that ZZZ because (GIVE REASON HERE). This means that triangle ABC is congruent to triangle DEC by using the SAS/SSS/AAS/ASA/HL Theorem. THEREFORE, BBB is congruent to CCC because corresponding parts of congruent triangles are congruent.

I left out the key points to hope that you could prove with this assistance.
