You are starting a new homebuilding business and are responsible for choosing a location to build your first subdivision. You want to choose a place where all different types of people will want to live and work. In which ecosystem would you choose to build? Why?

I would choose some place with a moderate temperature that neither rains excessively nor has droughts. I would do this because I'm sure a majority of people from various backgrounds would be more likely to come somewhere where the temperature and weather is moderate rather than leaning more one way than the other. With a pleasant climate, I could attract a wider range of ages to the area. People young, old and anywhere in between would probably find it appealing. This really opens up the market for me!

You need to think of all the factors that could cause a hazard in the building of the community. Weather, Climate, Plants, Animals, Landscape, Food Supply, Water Supply, Soil.
